Bio: Hello! I’m a licensed clinical social worker passionate about supporting adolescents and families build healthy, meaningful relationships both within themselves and between one another through my compassionate, laid-back, and direct approach. I believe in a whole-person method to mental health which means exploring all aspects of well-being including the mind, the body, the environment, and relationships. Drawing from multiple modalities including CBT and attachment-based therapy, I seek to assist my clients with increasing resilience and creating sustainable growth.

I have been providing individual, parent, and family therapy for 6 years in multiple community settings with clients of diverse backgrounds. My understanding and compassion for individuals experiencing mental health issues stems from both a personal and professional place as a family member of someone who has struggled with mental health issues.

Connecting to and fostering growth with those hesitant to the therapeutic process whether that is a child, a partner, or a parent is a specialty of mine. I tailor therapy to the individual and family’s uniqueness by integrating skills, growth, and healing in a fun and interactive way. I believe laughter, playfulness, and joy are an integral part of the therapeutic process alongside the hard.
