Bio:

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 6 years of clinical experience working with children, teens and families impacted by anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, and other life challenges such as grief, relationship struggles and life transitions. I also studied applied behavior analysis and have 5 years of prior experience working as a behavioral therapist for youth and young adults with Autism. I have worked in homes, clinics, schools and the community in order to support clients in the settings that are most appropriate for their unique needs. I pride myself in the creativity I bring into my work and ability to connect with my clients in an authentic way, utilizing humor and a relational focus. I embrace a neurodivergent affirming approach and I enjoy supporting others through the challenges of life in a way that helps to build confidence, activate strengths and foster growth.
